Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
We use Celonis in our GPO organizations F2C (AP/AR), P2P, and O2C and aim at a rollout to all regions and countries for all processes. We currently focus on performance KPIs.
- Excellent adaption support by Celonis.
- Powerful new features (such as action flows (RPA), realtime extraction / transformation).
- Unique insights in business processes - Digital twin of a company.
- Celonis Service Desk time to connect to the specialist in case of technical issues.
- Speed of new developments is quite high - Celonis customers might lag behind or there is a slight risk to skip important steps, implement new features even faster, and thus lose focus on [their] own learning curve.
- No one in our company has resisted expanding the Celonis implementation further and increasing the scope of the license. There is no fixed conversion rate to monetize process-based KPI improvements, but the added value far exceeds the license cost.
Celonis is great support here: the Process Explorer clearly shows that many delays are due to manual activities. Our process KPIs all aim to realize the full potential of automation. Only when we replace manual activities with more automated activities do our core KPIs improve.
