We are tracking performance, improving process cycle times, reduce/eliminate unnecessary processes.
- Able to see the big picture of the entire process workflow.
- Able to zoom in on specifics.
- Able to trigger automated features based on predetermined events.
- Training of data engineer, I wish can be made easier without specific skill sets.
- Non tangible benefits so far.
The tool enables the team to evaluate missing elements in current systems thus enable discovery of desirable functionality and improvements.
