Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
We use Celonis in a myriad of fashions. Our current projects include IT Service Management, Manufacturing Optimization, as well as Order Management / Accounts Receivable Management. In the near future, we are looking to implement Celonis for Supply Chain as well as Learning and Development and many others. Most of the business problems addressed have to do with increasing business efficiency for certain processes but other use cases include helping with testing for the S4 Hana migration as well as pinpointing particular problems in tickets in service management.

- The first manufacturing project had reduced batch to batch time
Celonis has allowed us to better improve our business processes by allowing us to mine them. In addition, it has shown us things about our process that we did not even know existed until they were mined.
