Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
We use Celonis for different initiatives. The scopes include, understanding workflow platforms to identify improvement oportunities (automation, optimization, training, etc.) another is analizing customer journeys within the bank applications, again for the same purpose.
Pros
- Low code platform
- Learning material and consulting support
- Customization and flexibility of the platform for different use cases
- Aesthetic views
Cons
- Knowledge models (in my opinion) are less intuitive to integrate with the dashboards.
- Data governance. When scaling up more initiatives in Celonis, some data cross-overs between projects may introduce complexity when trying to reuse already imported data. Therefore introducing some way to handle data before introducing it to pools may simplify this issue.
- Introducing BPMN development to views.
- Introduce some predictive capeabilities. Forecasting how many cases can be expected to go through a variant for example (based on historical data).
- FTE
- Cost saving
- SLA compliance
- Celonis is more flexible (in data management and dashboards)
- Celonis has more support material and better learning courses
- Celonis has more support material and better learning courses
Very helpful! There is a lot of material which is not only very complete but also well explained. We also where supported to understand how to actually convince other teams what Celonis is used for, therefore it helped us create an internal methodology to manage conversations around the tool. I believe it made the adoption of the tool faster (technically and towards other teams).
We have used Celonis to define better event logs in our existing workflow tools. Also, with Celonis we have found automation opportunities in existing processes.
