Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Central is one of the most powerful and reliable remote monitoring management platform that is very user-friendly and easy to use to complete tasks anytime anyday anywhere. I like it's a pure, cloud-based remote monitoring tool that enables IT professionals to effectively monitor, manage and secure our endpoint infrastructure. It does well for remote employees or endpoints scattered across the globe and provides our organisation with speed and flexibility and increase productivity. I also like how the information is aligned electronically like resources and computer information are available on our end so no need of manual checking.

Pros and Cons

Ability to use the core function without having to go through rigorous training since the tool is easy to grasp.
Remote control for troubleshooting IT support staff along with remote deployment options.
Easy user management with intuitive UI arrangements for effective and easy control permission and computer grouping.
Stay connected despite the location or time to clients servers. Enables us to correct discrepancies and make changes easily.

It is not compatible with Android, tablets and iPads.
Not allowed to have multiple log ins for technical support into clients servers at a go.

Return on Investment

Its a very comprehensive and cost effective solution from Central that is very easy to use and user friendly.
Its compliant with many security policies. Hence boost security for our clients and end users.
The downtime was very low, hence making it more reliable and top-notch.

Central support team has been very phenomenal and proactive 24/7 incase of any challenge they are able to solve it easily and fast.

AnyDesk and TeamViewer

The most valuable or powerful or reliable feature I'd say it's simplicity and easy to access and complete tasks on time. Its single pane where we have all the control systems, tools and features. I also like how the remote connection is stable and fast. The support is very reliable and top-notch.

Its a great tool to organise multiple computers in multiple locations to offer support easily with ability to access systems from any location at any time. Have a excellent support team. Its very easy to use and deploy both in remote and on-premises. The UI is user-friendly hence new users find it very much easy to use and learn everything with ease.

Remote connection is stable and fast.
