Overall Satisfaction with Central
We were not using a Standard tool for Remote Desktop (as we were using Team Viewer/AnyDesk), then we purchased Central as remote tool. This resolved many of our major problems like secured Remote connection, no interruptions via share, managed asset inventory, pushing updates/patched with ease, Scheduled updates, software upgradations/bulk installations.

- Help in Bulk Installation/Uninstallation and pushing scheduled patches/updates
- Complex in using scripts to automate few things like poweroff etc
- If any system is in Shutdown mode, it will not show correctly colour whether it is in live or in shutdown state. We have to manually check by getting inside.
- When we roll few security rules/policies/permissions, it says it was applied but when we check if wasn't the case. We need to do multiple times and cross check whether it is applied
- We were using multiple remote tools, this made us one common tool for remote sharing
- Really a time saver, because just enter the hostname and you can enter in user system (Provided system is ON)
- One shot go in bulk updates/pushing patches
- AnyDesk and TeamViewer
As mentioned already, Central is very flexible to remote share. So, we kept an auto-option, whenever user raise ticket, it should auto-capture the hostname based on his Employee ID. With that, no more asking user to provide AnyDesk/team viewer ID to beep in inside user machine to troubleshoot
