Overall Satisfaction with Chartbeat
I use it to track visitors to our website, and learn what they are reading, how much time they are spending on the site, where they are coming from. This data helps inform where we put our marketing dollars to help promote our work. It's invaluable and I trust Chartbeat's data more than what's captured by Google Analytics.

Yes, absolutely.
When I see a story that isn't performing well, I can test different aspects of it, such as headline, position on page, etc.
It hasn't changed our content per se, but more the approach to the content and trying new story formats, etc.
I use both.
