It’s actually quite different, I don’t believe I’ve used a product that compares to chorus.ai
Playlists have been used by our staff to drive more targeted training. Deal notifications and call transcription have improved win rates.
Zoom, Outreach, Salesforce CPQ (formerly SteelBrick)
Chorus.ai is appropriate for 1:1 meetings with sales management. It’s less appropriate when applied to internal meetings.
