  • Transcribing isn't perfect but is far better than others I've used.

We use Chorus.ai in both Sales and Customer Success to align the conversation around our customers' needs. It has created a nice synergy between both divisions to help our customers meet their expected goals.
Chorus.ai has been a very valuable tool for use to identify coaching opportunities and hold representatives accountable for expectation setting. With that said, we also have a record of what the customers are saying and use that to help them see value with our products during their customer journey with us.
