It's been used throughout the sales department to track calls and also provide/receive feedback from peers and management. It's a great tool we use to encourage growth with the organization.

Chorus.ai is the only tool I've used for these types of purposes; however, it is a tool I leverage daily and use more than other tools in my toolbox.
My manager uses Chorus.ai to run team meetings, he will play Chorus.ai recordings of other team members to share critiques with the team and all of our calls as a collective team learning experience. This has led to an overall improvement in team performance by being able to collaborate on calls after they are over.
I personally have not used the Chorus.ai customer support team, I have found Chorus.ai to be pretty easy to navigate and use on its own.
I think it is a great tool to keep tabs on team members and also for other team members to collaborate without having to be present for a meeting; this is where it is super helpful. I feel that sometimes searches can be clogged up by 3-second calls that were just sent to voicemail so it can be hard to find what you're looking for.
