Chorus.ai is great for understanding both how you are doing as a representative of your company, but also to understand what your clients/customers are actually wanting and saying.
- Great at recording.
- Seamlessly integrated.
- Great functionality.
- Seems to create a culture of micromanage-ism (not a real word but you understand).
- Could make reps overly nervous about their speech and dialog.
- Reduced ramp time for new reps.
- Understanding where you can improve.
- Great feedback options for management.
We have a lot of tools, but this fits well with Zoom and Salesforce.
Too early to say, but improving ramp time and listening to the customer to create more consumer specific products.
I have not worked with them yet, but I hear they are great.
