I use it constantly to review my calls and make improvements to my sales process. Great reference tool and training tool.

- I like being able to see percentage I am speaking vs prospect.
- Interface can be a little confusing.
- Tagging function can be confusing.
- Lots of different ways to search.
- Data kept by Houzz
Scorecards are used. never used deal notifications. It's easy to use and helpful for me being able to refer to calls and review them prior to follow-ups.
It's an improvement over most call recording services I've used.
Training. Makes training and sharing snippets of calls to share with other reps very easy.
I have not had experience with customer support.
