It is being used by several departments. Our department uses it for call recording for prospecting and demos with prospects. It breaks out the individual talk tracks and allows us to share the recordings with our prospects.

  • It takes a long while for the videos to process before they are availible.
  • Reduced ramp time for new sales associates and pre-sales team members.

Chorus.ai definitely helps us improve our processes by allowing us to review previous calls and demos. It also allows us to use previous recordings a training for other personnel in our organization. The knowledge share that it provides really helps us quickly grow our organization. It has been a key tool in our sales team.
Before we had Chorus.ai we relied on using the recording features built into our conferencing phone software or our video conference software. While to do a good job in recording that is where their usefulness ends. They are stored on individual machines and not transcribed or had their topics tracked.
We used it as expected so I am not sure we have anything to add here. It provides the features and functionality that were presented to us and it is something we use every day.
I have not used Chorus.ai customer support.
None. I have not used a tool like this before. I have only used teleconference and video conference tools to record up until we were introduced to Chorus.ai.

Not sure where it is less appropriate. It is perfect for what we need and use it for. It is used in recording all of our customer calls and video conferences. It does a great job of transcribing and filtering out the content. It also makes sharing the recordings real easy.
