Overall Satisfaction with Chorus by ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo's Chorus is a good basic tool for capturing meetings that offers some useful features for recording and transcribing conversations. While it has some benefits, there are some areas that could be improved, such as its user interface. The AI-powered transcription feature is particularly impressive, accurately transcribing conversations and making it easy to search for specific keywords or phrases later on. Additionally, Chorus allows users to highlight key moments from a meeting, making it easy to go back and review coaching moments. The UI navigation can be a bit confusing, and can take some time to get used to. Additionally, while Chorus provides decent data and analytics about meetings, it can be difficult to interpret the information and turn it into actionable insights. Overall, Chorus is definitely worth considering as a tool to capture and analyze meetings. Ultimately, we ended up switching to Gong for its more robust set of features.
Pros
- The transcription is fairly accurate.
- The recorder captures meetings without too many issues.
- It's easy to share videos internally and externally.
Cons
- The product UI could be more intuitive and user friendly
- The data insights could be more actionable
- It would help to have more user training available for frontline managers
- Improved coaching outcomes.
- Increased forecasting confidence.
- Decreased POC time.
The feature we use most is currently playlists because they allow us to provide examples of what good looks like to new reps who are ramping. Playlists also provide important insights for our marketing team on the pain points of our prospects, which they're able to use as the basis for their content.
Chorus syncs with our CRM, which was an improvement from our previous solution of using only Zoom to capture meetings.
We have been able to provide greater visibility into customer interactions to our leadership team.
Their customer support leaves much to be desired. Response times can be slow, and some of the support reps seem less knowledgeable in the product.
