Overall Satisfaction with Chorus by ZoomInfo

Chorus really gives you much deeper insights to everything going. I am a seller so it gives management a very good over view with everything I am (or not doing) from activity to accounts, etc. Also allows you to record calls, tracks emails and all touch points.

Pros

  • Tracks all touch points with a contact
  • Documents Teams calls
  • Easy to use and read dashboard

Cons

  • Manually adding it to a Teams call to record.
  • I don't think there has been anything documented
I document everything through Salesforce and import info from ZoomInfo to Salesforce and don't particularly care for Chorus.
It's pretty amazing what it can do. I find there are some short falls but I don't truly see the benefit of it.
Pretty good features built in.

I feel like it allows too much of being a "Big Brother" and allowing other team members access as well.
