Overall Satisfaction with Chorus by ZoomInfo

The company recently switched to Chorus.ai from Gong.io. I have used it to refer back to my presentation call to strategize my sales cycle.

Pros

  • Immediate call recording availability.

Cons

  • Dashboard needs improvement.
  • Transcription from my call is hard to find.
  • Quantifiable coaching results.
  • Improving win rates.
I have been using Gong.io extensively after I was hired from Info-Tech. The features were straightforward and did not require any training. Chorus.ai seems to have all the features but the dashboard and the call track is complicated to use.
Call recording apps like Chorus.ai are key for sales representatives like us. It is used for call reviews for coaching, find missed opportunities, and plan next steps. I personally think Chorus.ai does not perform as expected in that regards.

Evaluating Deal Momentum with Chorus.ai

The recordings of the regular VOIP calls, prospect, or client calls are hard to find. To access the calls, you need to be really accurate on the opportunity name, and the prospect name. I was never successful with finding the call recordings with the prospect email. It is so difficult to open up the call as the call loads up on the right pane with limited overview. Why doesn't it open as a full page. Not so user friendly.
I was able to quickly catch the main topic of the discussion, next steps, and any questions that may have come up.

The meeting details, Actions Items, Key Points, and the Conversation Metrics enables me to develop better strategy when planning the next steps with the prospect.

These detailed overviews helped me structure, and successfully close a deal.
