The company recently switched to Chorus.ai from Gong.io. I have used it to refer back to my presentation call to strategize my sales cycle.

I have been using Gong.io extensively after I was hired from Info-Tech. The features were straightforward and did not require any training. Chorus.ai seems to have all the features but the dashboard and the call track is complicated to use.
