I use Chorus by ZoomInfo to save time from taking my own notes during meetings and to be able to focus more on the conversations. The solution has saved me so much time and allows me to focus more on revenue, generating activities, rather than typing up a call notes and sending follow up emails

The features that have had the biggest impact are the call recording to take notes because this not only saves us so much time from doing the write ups ourselves but also lets us listen to our prospects on calls and understand their needs
It integrates with our call platforms like Teams to record the calls, takes the notes, and uploads them directly into our CRM salesforce! It also integrates with email to send out straight from the call notes.
Some innovative ways we use Chorus by ZoomInfo is by creating aggregated lists of calls which have unique, or exceptional conversations that we share with other sales reps, new sales reps, and managers to highlight positive activity.
