Overall Satisfaction with Chorus by ZoomInfo

I use Chorus by ZoomInfo to record and review sales calls so I can focus on the conversation instead of scribbling notes. It helps me catch key details, follow up quicker, and gives my manager solid coaching insights. Our team mainly uses it for sales, but it’s flexible. I’d rate it an 8 since it saves time and keeps us sharp.

I use Chorus by ZoomInfo mainly for call recordings, transcripts, and deal notifications. The highlights and trackers make it easy to grab key moments without replaying the whole call. Scorecards give my manager a quick way to coach without sitting in every meeting. Overall, it keeps our sales process tighter, helps me follow up faster, and gives leadership real visibility into deals.
Chorus by ZoomInfo plugs right into our sales stack so I don’t have to juggle too many extra steps. It automatically logs call notes and insights where I need them. Compared to other recording tools I’ve tried, it’s way smoother and actually useful for follow-ups and coaching. Compared to nothing it is fantastic, compared to Gong, it's more of a storage database for me than a sales coach.
One cool way we’ve used Chorus by ZoomInfo is creating quick playlists of calls with tough objections. New reps listen in and get real-world examples without sitting through hours of training. We’ve also pulled insights for marketing, like hearing how customers actually talk about pain points. Both have made onboarding faster and messaging tighter, which honestly saves us time and helps close deals quicker.
Our experience with Chorus by ZoomInfo support has been smooth. The onboarding team made setup easy, and the free training sessions helped my team ramp quickly. The knowledge base is solid for quick answers without waiting on support. We’ve definitely benefited from how accessible everything is. The POC cut down on wasted time and let us actually use the tool effectively right away after purchase.
We looked at Gong but went with Chorus by ZoomInfo because it felt more practical for our team. Gong has great analytics, but Chorus by ZoomInfo fit better into our existing tech stack and budget. The deal notifications, scorecards, and integrations with Zoom and Salesforce made it the smarter pick. Overall, Chorus by ZoomInfo gives us the insights we need without feeling like overkill or another heavy lift.

Chorus by ZoomInfo is great when I’m running back-to-back sales calls and don’t have time for detailed notes. It captures follow-up items, competitor mentions, and even customer questions I might have missed in the moment. It’s also helpful for coaching new reps. Where it’s less useful is on super short internal check-ins or casual conversations where full transcripts and insights aren’t really needed.
