Overall Satisfaction with Cisco AnyConnect

AnyConnect is used across our organization - in more than 10 countries. It offers added VPN security that is essential for the company, particularly as our team grows and travels across regions.

Pros

  • Easy for non-technical colleagues to connect to VPN.
  • Support issues resolved very quickly.
  • Full visibility offered to the central IT team to manage company users.

Cons

  • The license isn't cheap, but like other Cisco software, it's worth the investment.
  • More information on AnyConnect capabilities would be good for non-technical users.
  • High security and protection - the most important aspect.
  • Dependable access for the 800+ colleagues to access the company network, regardless of whether they are traveling or working from home.
We use Cisco software throughout the company - using like with like software is always preferable to facilitate better integrations.
Around the clock direct support - unrivaled customer technical service.
