Overall Satisfaction with Cisco AnyConnect

Cisco AnyConnect is being used by the whole company on computers, iPads, smartphones, and other tablets. We use it as a VPN to get inside our private network when not connected to our work WiFi or when in the field or working remotely.

Pros

  • Provides access to our internal work network.
  • Provides secure connection to the internet.

Cons

  • Occasionally has glitches and requires a reinstall.
  • Legacy AnyConnect app on iPads is not compatible with iOS 13.
  • Security is our number one priority, and this helps us achieve that.
  • Users can access needed information from any location.
Cisco AnyConnect is easier to install and use, and is compatible with all devices our company is purchasing and using.

Users in a field or work from home or other locations can get to their work files, email, personal HR data, paychecks or benefits, or anything that requires secure access to encrypted data. On iPads, users use Cisco AnyConnect to connect to folders through a file browsing app and share drawings safely.
