Overall Satisfaction with Cisco AnyConnect

Our entire organization is using Cisco AnyConnect to remotely connect to the virtual private network. It is very reliable and easy to use. Since many employees are teleworking, it has been a very useful tool for all of us. It is very dependable, and once you are connected, you will generally stay connected all day. Its reliability cannot be beat. It is also really easy to use and maintain. It almost never goes down. In today's virtual world, this is one of the best programs that can be used for remote network connections.

  • There's a lag occasionally, but it's not that often.
  • Have not had any real issues with getting connected or staying connected.

  • Provides secure connections to VPN--seems to be no chance of data loss.
  • Ease of use means that all employees have the ability to connect remotely any day of the week.
As long as your WiFi is stable, it will securely, reliably, and easily connect you to your desired VPN. There seems to be no potential for data losses or privacy breaches.
Absolutely, yes! Cisco AnyConnect is easy to use and provides a fast and reliable connection to VPN. It is also very secure. All of these points have been beneficial to my workplace since so many employees are currently teleworking due to the COVID-19 epidemic.
I have not had the need to contact customer support for any issues. But I would expect them to be 100% helpful based on the quality of the product that they are supporting.
It is very well suited for remote connections to VPN and especially useful for working remotely, which many of us currently do during this COVID pandemic. Cisco AnyConnect is relatively simple to use--connect to your local WIFI and then connect to the VPN. As long as your WIFI is reliable, connecting to VPN should be simple and straightforward.
