Overall Satisfaction with Cisco AnyConnect
At my company with the pandemic many of us work from home. VPN is critical to that experience. We use the Cisco AnyConnect client across the business and around the world. It does the job reliably. However, as a daily user, I find that the connection times out without warning, disrupting meetings and other work.
- Reliable.
- Simple.
- I wish that the client had an option to generate a warning at a settable time period before timeout. This seems like a very basic need, and I'm surprised that the client doesn't already have this.
- I also wish that the client could be renewed before timeout without having to go through a disconnect/reconnect cycle - I'd like to be able to supply credentials again and have the timeout reset, without dropping all my existing connections.
- Used everyday by a large percentage of employees.
That's why we use a VPN and need a client.
