Overall Satisfaction with Cisco AnyConnect

We use it to is securerly access networks for remote users as well as onsite to access different purpose built servers. This allows our teams to connect to the internal resources no matter if they are remote or physically in the office. The VPN establishes a secure connection point to ensure the security of the connection

Easy to roll out company wide in the set up phase. Then the easy of use and explaining that to mutiple people wasn't an issue. The sense of security is great as the services provided a secure connection, reliability that works great from multiple locations. It's a straight forward product that works well
Yes we have benefited as we have remote works, terminal locations across the country all the data is then feed back to our headquarters location. The headquarters location is where the accounting work is done so having the data feed back here in a secure manner is very important. This also allows the other locations to continue their work and not be held up in providing the necessary data.
Customer support is great as they answer questions, assist with setup and the online resources available is pretty good. I feel confident in the services being provided are secure and reliable. Having a reliable connection is very important as we don't want different terminals to be delayed in reporting time sensitive data as logistics is constantly in motion
Sonicwall was unreliable as it sometimes went down, required a different login and didn't work with Okta. The system would sometimes lose connection and drop. Then you would be forced to relogin however it would stop working then you would have to wait and try again at a later time which was frustrating

when having remote workers across the country that need to access servers in a secure way. With the ability to track their access and set up 2 factor authorntication to access the services. While the setup is pretty straight forward the use of the services to be rolled out company wide was easily done
