Overall Satisfaction with Cisco AnyConnect

In general, configuring computers for remote work has become much more secure and stable after using Cisco AnyConnect. It also perfectly ensures the provision of a riskless pathway to the company's networks and is easily compatible with all the other computer processes. Analyzing various aspects, it is possible to note its highly ergonomic interface and brief time required for authentication.

Pros

  • All Cisco AnyConnect data transfer processes are secure to enhance security.
  • It can connect multiple terminals across various sites directly.
  • Centralized management of the workstations connected to the network became easier than ever for managers with multiple locations in the organization's workforce.

Cons

  • The setup process may require some effort at the outset.
  • Users of this cloud may experience marginal fluctuation at particular high demands per hour.
  • Changes in the firmware and software in the computer can be frequent and could cause a brief interruption to the flow of work.
  • Strengthened client trust and compliance with data protection standards.
  • Allowed access to important files, thus enhancing team efficiency.
  • Still, it has been observed that due to busy hours and work demands, there are minor operational delays in the immediate response to urgent tasks.
In terms of reliability, Cisco AnyConnect is most likely as good as any other VPN in the market and therefore, I would rate Cisco AnyConnect's availability 9/10. The software is not very vulnerable to toughing and hence there is always an assurance of the remote connection as long as it is required.
A key benefit offered by the Cisco AnyConnect is the efficient protection of the connection from a remote location. It has enabled the provision of security to a working model because it is possible to access digital resources in the firm irrespective of the geographical distribution of our employees.
For some reason, I have had the opportunity to interact with the support services of Cisco AnyConnect and honestly, I would rate the support 8 out of 10. Few issues could be occasionally observed; however, on the whole, the team answers technical questions hastily and resolves difficulties.
I have worked with Palo Alto GlobalProtect and Fortinet's FortiClient. While in use, GlobalProtect boasted of some merits, such as great security features that may be superior to those of Cisco AnyConnect; the interface was not quite smooth. I selected Cisco AnyConnect because, while it is very secure, it may provide easy access to connectivity and is highly suitable for ensuring reliable communication on multiple digital marketing campaigns.

Would you buy Cisco AnyConnect again?

Yes

Cisco AnyConnect has allowed me to connect to the network when I am not at the office. For example, in an international digital campaign, it was possible to access readily important files and work on other collaborative working spaces without any violation of security measures. I noticed that there was a slight lag whenever several members of the team logged in at the same time during the weekend.
