Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
A very good collaboration tool that is used daily in my office to communicate with staff on short Q/A type interactions. Much faster than using the telephone and also allows for quick document or screen sharing capabilities. Provides an easy application to bring a handful or an entire team of people together in rapid time compared to setting up a video conference.

- Could use a feature set update, icons, emojis, etc
- Managing my phone and sync issues
- Instant access to staff chat definitely promotes more work being performed in less time
- Issues can be resolved with chat that never require a phone call interruption to a meeting in progress
- Privacy aspect of using chat vs. an audio call
Jabber is just about as useful, but the cost and seemingly clunky UI in Jabber make it fall short of teams.
