Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Webex App is used through companies to video chat conferences and meet. My company does not have Webex accounts but many companies that we work with have Webex accounts or we need to get on [pieces of training] that involve Webex. We tend to use other companies' Webex as other video conferencing is not compatible with their servers.

Webex offers support when you are having issues. Overall it delivers on video even though sometimes the video can be delayed on onboarding individuals to the video can be delayed. Webex staff will support you if you are having issues with their program which is a plus when you need it.

Webex is a not the greatest when is comes to video messaging, conferencing apps and usability. When onboarding individuals who have never used the app they need to download the app which can be confusing for some people. It also is slow to get people connected and sometimes drops calls and functions.
Webex is well suited for companies that need a secure video chatting service and are not compatible with other video messaging, or conferencing services. Webex is not suited for companies that would like flexibility and extra settings with their video [pieces of training] or conferences as Webex is a bit stiff in functionality.

Using Webex App

350 - Webex is a communication tool for our Agency. We do not own it but use it between other agencies for meetings, trainings and virtual correspondances. Other agencies use WebEx becasue other video sites are not compatible with their servers. Becuase these Agencies need to use WebEx we are forced to use WebEx.
Technically we do not have anyone to support WebEx. We not not have any accounts set-up for WebEx. Even though we do not have any accounts set-up for WebEx. We utilize web ex and have IT staff who support our staff in utilizing WebEx on an on going basis which helps with use.
