Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
Cisco Jabber is a pretty straightforward and excellent product for small and medium enterprises. You will not receive any huge number of features. However, you will receive all the essential features. You can call via your laptop/desktop and via your phone (iOS and Android application). It would be unwise to deny that many companies worldwide successfully use this software.

First of all, Cisco Jabber is an excellent software product (license) if you need only a call feature and you don't want to pay for anything else. The price is sweet and suitable for small companies. If you use Cisco VPN (Umbrella), it will connect/integrate with Cisco jabber. Simple integration with the CRM is a plus.
