Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used Webex App in conjunction with Jabber as an internal (Jabber) and external (Webex App) communications method. We had an issue with the audio codecs at one point however this was easily resolved with an application version update. I used Webex App for external meetings and calls with suppliers and clients and could rely on the audio clarity when using it.

Webex App is a full business-driven package, compared to Zoom, Webex App is much better for business use as the is no embarrassing time limit. Webex compared to Microsoft Teams on the other hand is night and day, Microsoft Teams is a more collaborative option to use, as you have everything in one place.

Support Rating

As when I had experienced issues with the audio codecs I just sent our Cisco AM an email and he was in meetings with his engineers trying to find a resolution immediately. I did not need to wait long for a recommended fix, and the positive is that the fix actually worked.

Usability

As for me with a technical background and keen understanding of these types of applications, I'm not so certain that if a new IT employee came in, they would understand and pick up the application as easily as some of us do. If we are in a hypothetical space where everyone has some understanding then fine.

Likelihood to Recommend

I needed to have a quick decisive meeting with a client and I used the recording function. This helped me to have the conversation on record and I could share the recording with the customer for reference when needed. I was not limited by a trial time or meeting time, I could just continue if need be, which was great.
