Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber

Cisco Jabber is used for calling internally and externally to the company locations hassle-free be it audio or video. We also use it as we are logged into the call queue in Cisco Finesse so that calls can land on our jabber.

  • conferencing during a call can be a little cumbersome
  • Putting on hold and calling another person and then resuming hold is a hassle sometimes
  • Auto log out if not managed correctly by Telephony team
  • Interconnection of calls has been flawless

  • Availability of chat, audio, video on a single tool
