A great Cisco app to share content
Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use this app across the whole organization. Sometimes internal calls are not working properly. We just [can't] not call each other so we have to reset this app. Sometimes there are issues related [to] calling the PSTN and again, we need to disable the app and re-login in order [for] it [to] work properly.
- Share content.
- Chat with people of other organizations.
- Video quality is good.
- If someone [makes] a video call there is no option to answer this call with no video.
- We have to relogin twice, one for the chat windows and one for the calling setting.
- Share content is useful and helps me a lot.
- Talk and chat with my team is useful.
- Talk and chat with vendors that have this app is useful too.
We are [a] Cisco Partner, [Webex App is] the first thing that we selected. Some of our engineers when we want to talk to a TAC engineer (they open a Cisco TAC) they can do it using the Webex App and it is so great. Also, there is a bot integration with Cisco TAC that gives us updates [on] the cases.
