Cisco Jabber is connected to our soft-phone VOIP solution through Cisco and allows users to access their call features remotely and on-site.
- Integration to physical and soft phones
- Full functionality of a VOIP system without the need for extra hardware
- Chat and messaging capability built-in
- Call and conference features are separate from WebEX or other similar solutions
- Functions primarily as a VOIP solution and not truly a unified solution
- Usability features are lacking compared to Zoom or Teams
- Included with our Cisco license and provides flexible phone access
- Provides a rudimentary messaging system with employees
- Depends on deployment, VPN may be required.
- VoIP.ms and Allstream Unified Communications (UC)
Cisco Jabber as a VOIP solution is more mature and stable than the competitors. Its ability to seamlessly connect to physical devices without much configuration makes it valuable for support.
