Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We communicate using chat, calls, and meetings within the company and also with outside customers and companies. It is possible to share and verify anyone's availability. Share files and desktops to work conjunctly. 1:1 chats or team space discussions are kept permanent, and it is possible to review any information at any time.

Microsoft Teams

I just started using this, but it doesn't seem as intuitive as Webex App. The presence status of others is hard to identify/understand. Also, the sync with the application on the mobile device seems not to work properly. It dropped the call I was in through my desktop once I accessed the application on my mobile device.

Support Rating

It is easy to get Webex support from Cisco, even if you are not aware of the contract or subscription you have. Webex Help and the Webex community are full of documentation and tips to implement the application properly or solve any problem.

It is really easy and always available. You may be available and working with anyone at any time and anywhere once it can be used through the desktop, notebook, or your mobile device, and most of the OS available.

Webex App can provide all tools for a day-by-day collaborative environment, especially in the scenario of home-office and hybrid work. It is possible to quickly share important information, talk or chat with anyone at any time without interrupting anyone's task. Schedule a meeting or call if that is preferable, and all the information discussed will be there on the app.
