Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MX
As our offices vary in size from 2 staff members all the way up to 300 staff members in one office, the Cisco Meraki MX range has multiple options to fit all needs in our organisation, backed up with the cloud management of the Meraki Dashboard. Often it is easy for us to establish connectivity to our network and cloud services at a new location within 5 minutes.

Cons
- As new technology uses Multigigabit connections, the MX device could upscale using this new technology.
- The integrated cellular is great, but some of the MX range does not allow for removal of the external antenna's to improve cellular connectivity.
- With Cisco's licensing model, we have used MX products for 5-10 years and if we have had a failure, we have been able to get the device replaced by Cisco.
The Meraki cloud management portal makes managing Meraki devices as a whole for our organisation.
Having all the products being managed in one simply dashboard makes it easy to monitor all network equipment in one platform.
