Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MX

Currently deploying to our remote branches. Is replacing current SDWAN. MX85 in the branches and MX250 in the NOC and backup datacenter.

Pros

  • Firewall
  • SDWAN
  • DHCP

Cons

  • VIP on the branch end of auto VPN
  • Aggregating LAN uplinks to Cisco Meraki MX in a HA
  • Needing an IP or range for some traffic shaping rules instead of FQDN
  • easy to deploy
  • SDWAN with multiple circuits has issues
Easy for an associate engineer to deploy from a template, add the devices to the network and prepare them for deployment.
We are deploying it bank wide
