Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
It is used across the whole organization and is used for team meetings, presentations, recordings, virtual attendees, and non-FDA employees off-site and international.
- Reporting so you can see who was on the call and for how long without having to monitor every chime during the presentation.
- Ability to add additional hosts so that you can present and focus on that while a colleague runs Webex.
- Editing recorded meetings
- Reduces cost in physical space allowing people to meet and present online.
- Saves time and allows employees to be more efficient by attending meetings through WebEx.
I have not had to directly contact the WebEx support team because we have an internal team at FDA that assists with WebEx support.
WebEx is used across the whole FDA agency. Over 10,000 users in all roles and departments.
- Other than Outlook, I am unsure.
Cisco works just as well as Adobe Connect and GoTo Meeting, but Adobe Captivate is far better for recording and editing. The level of editing far surpasses WebEx's capabilities.
