Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
It is used throughout the organization to streamline meetings as well as make official announcements from our CEO.
- Reliability.
- Easy to use.
- Constant updates.
- Integration with many collaboration tools and plugins.
- Meeting recording.
- Constant updates implement improvements, however, they are a problem many times since member teams need to update their applications and delay meetings.
- The functionality of completely blocking the room was very useful and removed, hopefully, in the future it can be enabled again.
- The integration and new functions that can be connected with other apps or with IoT are promising.
- The cost of the license is getting higher and higher, similar solutions have more competitive prices.
- The tool is very intuitive so it requires little training for its use.
- The tool is well known for what most customers know and conferences can be held with them, increasing the scope of it.
We never had to resort to support, the tool is very stable.
It was adopted by the entire company and each business unit has its own virtual room.

It is a bit complicated to integrate it with professional audio systems since you need to have external audio cards and good computer equipment to not introduce noise into the transmission.
- Google Hangouts, Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and Zoom
For being a product tested and known by the users of the company (resistance to change), however, for cost zoom is a very good option.
