Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is the #1 global conferencing solution for internal and external audio, video and content sharing for smaller Teams to Townhall Meetings. Starting with an onPrem Webex we are using it now as a cloud service. In the days of COVID-19 a reliable video solution for working from home becomes even more important.

Vendor responds in a very timely manner. Depending on the level of the problem issues are mostly resolved quickly.
Cisco Webex Meetings is used company wide, even though we use also other tools like Cisco Webex Teams and Microsoft Teams.

Cisco Webex Experience

The automatic noise suppression is a very handy feature, especially nowadays, where everybody is working from home with all that background noises (barking dogs, etc.).
Real-time transcription would be a nice feature,if it will be avaible in more languages, which is a requirement for global companies.
It is the same with all the Webex Assistant features, they need to support english, german, frence, spanish at least for a higher adoption.
The integration of webex in an existing cisco environment is important. This includes Hybrid Calling for video devices, CUCM Calling for the unified client, hybrid calendar for video devices to enable on button to push. It also includes Video Mesh for Bandwith optimisation and Edge Audio for reduced PSTN costs.
Of cause security is one of the key facts when choosing the best meeting platform. This means built in security with end-to-end encrypted meeting options. But it is also important that the service is userfriendly so that every employe consumes the service instead of using unsecured services #shadow-it. Combining theese facts with the requirement to collaborate boarderless with externals with the maximum possibility of interoperability is something webex can offer.
