Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

I use Webex to manage my consultation with my external clients. So my service-offer is based on Webex Meetings. The whole organization use it in the same way. Normally a meeting is between us and some external persons. It is very important that the software works without any freeze, slow traffic or other issues. The image of our office depends on it.
  • I like and use the option to modify image background. Every day a different look - this is so nice!
  • I never had problem with slow traffic. Video is working well.
  • A very good feature is scheduling meetings and to invite customer to the meeting. The workflow is very good.
  • Like in PowerPoint it might be nice to have a short-cut to darken the shared screen for some seconds, the time to navigate over private information and come back with my shared screen once the shared windows contains no longer private data.
  • In the same way instead of sharing the screen of the whole pc I want share two separate windows of my pc at the same time to protect my personal workspace.
  • For the moment you can share one screen to all, but it will be nice to share 2 screens at the same time. Here an example: A and B have a meeting, A will show his screen to B while at the same time B will show his screen to A.
  • Webex gives me up to twice a lot of client relations.
  • I save transport costs which means my advice is 25 % cheaper.
  • I save travel time and can bill more hours so my earning rise up about 50%.
There is not really a huge difference with other tools. I like to work with longtime established professionals and Cisco is a big company who has good reputation.

For example, Cisco has lost a lot of time before copying the nice feature of different backscreens from Zoom. I have waited for this feature longtime. I want more that they will go to the same high level of other solutions and so I'll stay with Cisco, no problem!
I had a lot of trouble with the new audio features after the last new release. I needed support from the hotline, and couldn't use my Webex during 2 weeks. That was very nasty and I had to use other tools during this period.
I have no need to scale up for the moment.
I am very satisfied on this point!
Webex is good to manage customer relations: Showing new features, give advice in manipulation software, show usage of internet-pages.

Webex is not so good to manage customer relations: When surfing on personal data, to share several screens at the same time.
