Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We are using it in our IT department to connect ot the students who are unable to come into class.
We also use it for collaboration--sharing documents with other staff.

Pros
- Being able to join disparate students
- Allowing students to ask questions (raise hands) in presentations
- Allow colleagues to share resources when working remotely
Cons
- Lack of good backgrounds. I don't want to see half-dressed people wandering around in the background.
- Interactive editing of documents for when I have a document I'd like to share it so others could work on it as well.
- Made it possible to keep going with our educational process so I would say HUGE ROI
We looked at Zoom but because of security issues, we didn't use it.
