Cisco Jabber is used across the organization and helps to facilitate quick interactions, gets questions answered quickly, and provides an easy way to lookup corporate user info as well as dial your phone from the address book.

Cisco Jabber is a close competitor to Teams. Teams [allow] better document collaboration, but the ability for Cisco Jabber to integrate with our phone system is a big plus.
