Webex (formerly Webex Teams) is being used by the entire organization, as it is very easy to use and a very useful tool in times of pandemic and social distancing. The problem that can be solved through the tool is that sessions can be carried out more easily without putting the organization at risk of infections. We can have a meeting with different providers without the need to all be present in a room, and thus maintain a healthy distance.

Excellent connection tool. When someone needs to explain something but doesn't have equipment at hand, they can take control of the session to give the desired explanation. When it is necessary to schedule a meeting it is very practical. The only bad thing is that it has a poor customization of the platform.
