Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams (formerly Cisco Spark)

Cisco Webex Teams is being used by the entire company, from the president to the receptionist. The company decided to have Cisco Webex Teams as a collaboration tool so that all the collaborators are connected and so that everyone isn't using different tools. It allows us to communicate, share information or receive a call.
  • Sharing content is very simple and fast.
  • Generating a virtual meeting with multiple participants in your workspace is great.
  • For a new participant in a space, being able to access all of the interaction histories along with the documentation that has been shared is very important so you do not have to rewrite or share content.
  • I would like to have voice assistants, such as Siri or Google, integrated to access a Webex Teams contact and send a dictated message or make a video call for me.
  • If I want to contact only one contact by audio, I would like this to be a simple call, not an audio meeting.
  • If I participate in a meeting in Webex Teams, I would like it to have all the functionalities we have with Webex Meetings.
  • With Cisco Webex Teams, all employees are connected through the same application. In this way, contacting someone is very agile.
  • Cisco Webex Teams can be used in the same way on several devices at the same time, with the same user. It is all synchronized, so you never stop having the information you need to work.
  • Being able to use a whiteboard with colleagues at a distance to share an idea is very important for the development of our work.
As an alternative to Cisco Webex Teams, Skype for Business was considered. However, Skype does not allow you to have all the collaborative features with those outside your organization if they aren't connected or buying it. In addition, the integration that Webex Teams has with video devices in meeting rooms, such as Proximity, is a very important added value.

Cisco Webex Teams is very appropriate as the only collaborative tool in a company. It not only allows you to share content, hold virtual meetings as if they were face-to-face and with a single click, or make audio calls with colleagues from the same company but all of this can also be done with anyone who has a valid email address, whether or not you are a Webex Teams user.
