Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams (formerly Cisco Spark)

My organization uses Webex Teams in many of the more nimble admin areas of the company. Webex Teams is a great collaborative tool that enables teams from across different skillsets and locations to work together in real time. I work with a team that is spread throughout the country and we use Teams in order to share content, ideas, and converse face-to-face every day. We find the Webex platform extremely valuable for working together internally as well as with external clients. While our entire organization does not exclusively use Webex for all business communication, it is utilized throughout most admin areas - especially within the sales and marketing teams. Teams helps solve the difficult issue of large-scale organizations that have many locations and employees throughout the world. Overall, our organization has relied on the proficiency of teams and the nimble collaborative nature of the platform to solve our modern business goals.

  • Sharing files through the platform is incredibly easy to use. It allows users to focus on the content of the meeting rather than the process of locating a file.

Webex Teams is one of the industry standards among business collaboration tools. Our business has utilized Cisco products for a long time and have continued to utilize the service as the platform as evolved. Webex Teams stacks up well against the competition and even exceeds in many areas. The strongest pillars of Webex rest on the reliable infrastructure and consistent experience across all devices. Webex is best used for mid-sized teams to larger scale collaboration projects. We continue using Webex due to the reliability and trust that has been built.
Webex Teams is a fantastic tool for bringing people together. I have very much enjoyed the ability to quickly and effectively create working groups with the goal of sharing content in real time. Teams is extremely effective in providing a platform that emphasizes sharing content and collaboration. My own work group has team members across multiple states and Teams brings us the ability to work together despite that distance. Webex may be slightly less appropriate as a chat tool - as messages are not as intuitive as other competing platforms. However, if you are looking for a single solution, I do not believe this issue should stop one from making the decision to work with Webex.
