Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use ClickUp as our project management system to have my activities in order, my teams', and get clients in on projects in progress.

Pros and Cons

The free version is quite capable and it offers most features that anyone would need from it.
It has innovative improvements on a weekly basis.
It's best for managing projects in a growing business.

It's slightly complicated; you could provide tutorials.
Makes it hard for clients to use it who are unaware of it

Return on Investment

It has definitely increased efficiency.
It has significantly reduced the communication gap.
ROI has increased because client engagement is so much easier.

Support Rating

I haven't really had to use the customer support but they do have some useful articles on task views and other functionalities.
