I've never had to use the support for ClickUp. I am just a user/manager of the product and not the account holder. I suspect that my supervisor (who is the account holder) has had much more experience with the support for the product. I haven't heard anything negative, so I suspect that the support is satisfactory.

I haven't really used support for ClickUp. I never have had to honestly; ClickUp is super great. But at the same time, they have self-help options available if you're confused about any aspect of ClickUP. Therefore, I would rate the support for ClickUp a ten out of ten.

It is a collaborative tool that actually does bring diverse people across the company together to achieve a coordinated development plan. If by "support" you mean getting buy-in from the company as a whole to use the software and collaborate, it achieves that well. In terms of support from ClickUp themselves, I believe this has been satisfactory.

Their FAQ section and other training materials are fantastic. It's broad and useful. They have active chat and email support, which can help with technical questions as well as any issues with your account, etc. They guide you through importing exported files from other project management systems for an easy transition.

We have only ever had 3 communications with them:
1. A question about an error we made on the system.
2. A suggestion on some feature improvements.
3. A request to extend our trial on the paid plan.

All 3 of our requests were handled promptly and we were more than satisfied with the outcome!

ClickUp provides all the support you need over email. The customer service is excellent. I didn't interact with the support team too much as there was rarely an issue that I needed help with. However, when I did need help they were excellent.

I could not rave more about ClickUp's customer support, and it seems to be that their foremost priority is to give their customers exactly what we need. Their feature requests page makes it easy to let them know where they can make updates to their software. Not to mention that they're constantly providing new, innovative products based on the customers' user-experience.

Haven't really had to use their support, wasn't needed for implementation and not really the type of product that would require a ton of help from customer service. They do have a pretty well built out knowledge base, with some use cases and examples for maximizing value of platform, and would venture to say that this would be sufficient for most users.

Easy to use. It has nice ways to collaborate and communicate within the tool, ability to save time by creating recurring tasks and set dependencies and sub-tasks with due dates. It gives us the ability to do what we need to do without being too technical like JIRA or Asana.
