We use ClickUp to manage the daily task of our employees. It helps the employees and us to work more efficiently with time management and multiple people working on the same thing simultaneously from different locations.
- Task Allocation.
- Time Management of each Task.
- Dashboard to track the analytics.
- Integration with more 3rd party Apps.
- A bit more faster in terms of loading.
- Employee saves at one 1 hour.
- Dashboard have helped us increase our revenue.
Management of project tasks before must be more straightforward and clear. Each individual gets their own work and time allocated to them.
By assigning the proper work to the concerned people and adding their supervisors to the task and including the Team Lead as the watcher.
