Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp in a variety of ways, from organizing support tickets, and project backlogs to simple to-do lists for new starters, etc. - it's simple to use, versatile and configurable, making adapting it for many uses easy to do makes it an invaluable tool for the company.
Pros
- Configurable - easy to adapt to multiple uses.
- Ability to take input from other sources.
- Easy to use and organize tasks.
Cons
- Needs to improve the range of input sources it reads in from - for example Jira Service Desk.
- Ability to have countdown timers on the tickets.
- Helped us distribute project tickets quickly and easily.
- Helped us track project progress in one place.
- Helped us change approach to the way we assign support tickets within the team also.
It's helped us triage tickets quicker and assign them to the correct team/person much quicker, it's helped us work with our clients - so that they can see what we have planned and helped them view how we prioritize the work, etc.
We also use it to triage work and work collaboratively to assign and move work between teams.
We also use it to triage work and work collaboratively to assign and move work between teams.
We only now have one workflow app for our project work and effort classification - this is ClickUp. It's a simple one-stop shop for tracking our tasks and where we are in a given project or support call.
