Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use ClickUp as an organizational tool. This helps us keep track of all of our projects not just for ourselves but with our teams and the teams that we collaborate with. This has been extremely helpful in making sure that we get our work done on time and can shift and prioritize projects with ease as they come up.

  • Provide the option to move projects around.
  • Allow for collaboration within teams.
  • The interface gets crowded a bit when you have a lot going on, so maybe some more space would be helpful.
  • Creating a chat feature for those who are using ClickUp simultaneously would be helpful.
  • Having a "status" that has just open projects without deadlines attached to them would be great.
  • Faster project/goal completion.
  • More organization in the day-to-day.

We have been able to collaborate within our department in a much more efficient way as we do work that is fairly interconnected. We are able to see what each other is working on that week as well as all of our goals for when things will be completed. Being able to attach documents within tasks has also proven to be extremely helpful.
We condensed our work from Slack to ClickUp and it has been great.

ClickUp is great for organizing our day-to-day items. It's not as necessary for long-term projects where an individual is working on completing those on their own.
