Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

I use ClickUp to organize my projects and assign tasks to other team members. This helps with company-wide projects so I can have team members from other departments. We can communicate with each other about where we are on our tasks without clogging up emails.

Pros

  • Shows when tasks are complete.

Cons

  • More visibility on training tools.
  • Training videos.
  • Automation could be a little better.
  • Less in person meeting.
  • My project has connected departments.
  • Projects are completed in a timely manor.
We are now able to see what each department is working on and how we might be able add to their projects.
We have been able to automate tasks from one program. It assigns the task once a change has been made to this program. It tells what the change was and assigns it to project manager. The project manager reviews the change and assigns a sub-task.

ClickUp is well suited for overall project visibility. I have not found a way to add this tool into my daily workflow at this time. I think with more training and time this can be accomplished.
