Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
As a small company, that had to adjust to working from home situation, ClickUp helped keep everyone in sync and manage individuals in a much better way than with email. Now we use it even though we are not working from home anymore, allowing us to manage every aspect of the tasks and priorities.

- The priority setting of missions could be more efficient - if numbered
- If I want to change the template it is not so friendly
- Sometimes it does not sync in real time, and I have to manually sync it

Managing tasks has significantly improved. Communication got better too thanks to the ability to comment on tasks, thus allowing everyone to be up to date at all times. If there was some sort of way to produce a meeting report it would've added value to the system and allowed further usage
The simplicity in our case is synchronizing the team, we don't use integrations because our data is on a specific server
The free account is much more productive
